Katie Smith was born and raised a native of Northern Michigan. I appreciate all the wonderful amenities we get to experience in Northern Michigan. I grew up in the small town of Mio near the breathtaking AuSable River. After graduation, I spent time on both the West and East side of the state. After two years at Kirtland College, I decided to plant my roots in Grayling and I am thrilled that I did. I enjoy traveling, paddle boarding, skiing, cinema and of course spending time with my family. My past work in marketing and sales along with my experience in customer service sparked my interest in real estate. As your agent, I pride myself in being prompt, informative and determined. My vast knowledge of the greater Northern Michigan region is also of insight when looking to purchase or sell. I look forward to sharing my enthusiasm of the area and guiding you through the home buying and selling process with ease and professionalism.
